Hello,

I am a Beginner in real estate market, i just started investing in real estate market.

My first deal is to buy bahria twon karachi 10 marla file.

Now i am looking for more investment (i have 5 million in hand)

I am confused because of too much options in market. Can any body please guide me where i should invest

Currently i am take a look on

1) dha gujranwala

2) dha multan

3) fazia lahore ( gujranwala is also on card)

4) dha phase 9 ( lahore)

5) dha phase 2 (isb)

6) bahria phase 8

Please advise me how i can diverse my portfolio ( keeping in mind i have just 5 million)

Akhter there is also some other societies where you invest you will get benefits. If you are serious than I will tell some societies where you can invest as low and get benefits from it. You have 5 million and the is huge amount you can easily get benefits form your money. Because keeping money in your hand cannot increase. You must invest some where to get benefits. I am also investing in different areas in Islamabad and rawalpindi.

Now a days Im investing in airport housing society. There is plots almost 6 marla in 14 to 19 lacs depends on location. Are you interested then visit the society on your own. Then atleast think about it…

Sir how much are the files fir in dha phase 2 isb? I am interested in all small and big plots for 3 to 5 years investment. Many thanks for tit advice.

What is the price of 10 marla and 20 marla file approx in dha phase 2?

More than 90 lacs.

Dear Akther sab,

1:Dha phase2 N or P block non possession.

2:Bahria phase8 safari valley or C,D,E,F1,F2 with possession.

3:B-17 E block with possession.

Theses all options are for safe investment point of view.

So u made a little money from btk , lucky , dont loose it , dont go for unknown societies , it is good to invest in dha , lahore ph 9 is preferable over dha ph 2 isbd new blocks in range of 50 lacs.

Dont go for any society near new airport isbd , it will be delayed 20 years more . Avoid all . And beside be smart . Prices although improve there like 1 kanal pghc near airport went from 8-10 lac to 25 but i never met a genuine buyer who able to sale it
