Construction at good pace..
Price ranges from 80 lacs to 100 lacs..
Good for living..For investment,you can hae other options as well..

My property dealer/advisor suggested me to buy it for investment..
I have been reading this forum for the last one month but confused abt whr to buy..visited G-15 F-15 and B-17 on the weekend but the prices thr are already very high..atleast 8lac/marla in good locations so cant see much price hike in these areas.
DHA-I is a nicely developed area (I haven't seen Orchard area as yet) and the price of 90lac/ kanal seems attractive to me for investment.
