Hi seniors, for the past few days there has been a massive push from lsc, especially the approval they received from lda.
Does anyone have any information? Is this a safe investment for 3-5 years?
Any other information would be highly appreciated.
@Waleed, it is hard to say anything about safety of investment, but yes, the news are that LSC has got NOC.
Its location is outside Lahore, but still good, and apparently, the group seems to be getting some attention from investors in Islamabad. Success of CSC will give boom to LSC for sure.
CSC/LSC as far as NOC and land acquisition are all legitimate. They have these development authorities and etc. literally in their pocket
LSC got NOC approval in record time and published details of acquired land in the daily.
Positives:
-- Most fast-paced development than all others
-- Very strong marketing campaign
-- Backed up by HRL one of the biggest developers
Drawbacks:
-- Far off from mainstream cities but thats how it works as cities are fully packed. Just see the location of Bahria Enclave 2 to get the idea that the future is all about 25+ KM away min.
-- CSC development charges are way too high.
Important is to Enter and Exit at right time, it suits investors more than en-buyers!! LSC is more accessible and their land/terrain is much more levelled it has better prospects than CSC but would it be able to sustain the hype like CSC? only time will tell.
I will not be surprised if in 2 years down the lane or earlier there is Karachi Smart City or something like that.
