Good idea but in cda sector there will be more restrections plot are specified for apartments only you cant build until it is allowed in the cda plan, go to some exempted area near by cda sectors

You can buy in H-13, Bani Gala, Barakhu etc at your own risk. Or you can go for some pvt projects.
