I am looking to buy 400-500 kanals of land within one hour drive from islamabad. The land needs not to be levelled or agriculture ready but should have water level under 100 ft or source of water like dam, stream etc.
The land is required for multiple projects eg fishing pond, orchard and animal rearing.

Dear NR, I think u can get such land at girja road , Chakri Road , Chak Beli Khan Road or Adyala Road.

As an idea I would like to share a location that is best for fishing ponds. It is in Sialkot land between upper and lower canal. After many research govt declared it best place for fishing ponds.
