Under invoicing will take place ,but in case of installment files where face value of the product is more then 30 lakh will have to pay this tax to the society ,this is a whooping amount ie karachi 8 marla villa will be expensive by 1 lakh,
It will hurt those socities where prices are already going in minus or slow
