After repeated lollipops from management no development on ground suffering since 2013 please suggest to sale or hold my investment after 4 years i am in net loss.

          Development speed is slow, upto now only three street are connected in F-16/4 region and prices rises their as well about 5-10 lac for every size. Prices in remaining subsectors improves about 1-3 lacs as well but not seen a real jump upto now due to slow work speed. Some sources says work will speed up on word as rainy season end, may be after 15 march. Personally i think development will now continue till whole F-16 is developed and not a stunt this time. Society should focus on acquiring the land in some portion of F-16/1 and 2, 3.

            F-16 now demanding around 10 lac extra for 30*60 plot. Can senior members please shed light on it? Is it worth to give more money to JKCHS or its better to sale the plot?

              Donot pay a single penny till they develop and give possession. Prices are v low and not good time to sell. May be rates will get better in Sept-Oct if they started development. Every body should write to management for speedy development.

                    Yes on 35x70 they are asking for 13lac i have recd. The notice from society. How pity not spend a single penny on development and asking for money. Senior how we can push to lower the additional development charges should we sue in court.

                      This is not at all fair... If they can't manage to complete development and they are asking for additional development charges... They must justify them self by start doing some thing on ground... Give confidence to their buyers and then ask for extra charges but that too should be rational...



                      how can they ask for extra money for their own tummies...



                      not even a single extra penny should be paid... This management is not at all reliable and i think they just like their predecessors....



                      i don't know if at all they can be dealt with legally .. If so affecties must do so!!!!
