After repeated lollipops from management no development on ground suffering since 2013 please suggest to sale or hold my investment after 4 years i am in net loss.

        Regarding the actual question by @Slayer;



        Sir when JKCHS came to Zone-2 it was total barren land with no such attraction but due to its location with no such competition it gained beyond expectation. I wud say JKCHS was lucky, but now due to competition its difficult to remain No.1 (which is currently due to its super location )

            My assumptions are based on the point of view that there is a possibility of jump in f16 which could be from 30 to 50% of the initial investment there is no such possible jump in any of the above mentioned places as prices have reached to there upper limits in mostly of them.

                    I vote to Slayer comments, the widening of Kashmir Highway will put some price appreciation in G-13,G-14 and G-15.But when nobody know exact time.
