I have got a flat on second floor, type d in the ballotting.
I want to find out what is the process to pay 15% down payment ?
Do i need to pay along with the form

Or just the bank draft of payment will be enough?

Please call PHA office and they will tell u the details... By the way, they must have mentioned in their letter about the process of payment.
