There are plots selling near jodh village near golra railway station, rate is between 2 lac to 3.5 lac per marla, i am looking to buy a 5 marla possession plot there. This place has all basic facilities available. But my only concern is the cda. Does some one know cda plan to acquire this area for some future sector?
First concern should be to double check about the legality then come other things. CDA has a Master Plan that is pretty much settled. Any future plans for revised Master Plan may take decades and not sure which and what areas next to be considered as CDA sectors or area under ICT limits.
