Prospects Of E 17/2 In Long Term

I just had a brush pass about E17/2 on this forum but don't have other details. Can you kindly shed some light on following:

1. Location?

2. Payment schedule?

3. Development promises (When management intends starting development & when they are planning 2 hand over possession).

4. Nature of scenery, soil & comparison to E17/3?

5. Future prospects & next 3-5 yrs in terms of returns?

Saleh not recommended society pace of work is not fast if u have budget go for one kanal good location plot in e-17/3 or go for 8 marla in e-16/3 in 2-2.5 million

If the management is changed in the elections due in Q1 this year - And If the new management is more efficient in development, acquisition of land - then this has a bright future.

Junaid you are right. If one has money - E-17/3 with possession is a better deal at the moment.

Location is good.

Only issue is possession/ acquisition of land.

After start Development work will take 2-3 years in completion.

No sign of start of work in near future.

Solid/level land.

Good view.

Good option for buyers having less range.

Good for 5-7 years investment.

E-17/2 boundary is just few hundred meters from Motorway.

Can anyone update me exact location of e-17/2-4-1 on map ?

Do u mean dat they hav nt yet acquired complete land?

any knowledge dat development could nt b started due 2 poor mangement or due 2 land acquisition has nt been completed. Did management promised any date wen they will start or hand over the project?

Their are very less chances for land acquisition in E-17/1 and 4 as the slum area covering these two sub sectors is "DORA" and that has very bad reputation i dont want to discuss that in detail.

Well for E-17/2 land can be acquired depending on management seriousness, but still there is no any confirm timeline available.

E-17/3 is the only best deal currently in CDECHS for both genuine buyers and investors.

For best deal in E-17/3 one of my friend and active dealer have confirmed deals.

I wld hav loved 2 buy a kanal plot n E17/3 provided my funds had nt been struck sm whre else.

Plz correct me if i misudrstood, E17/2 S NT ADVISABLE 4 BOTH SHORT AND LONG TERM (3-5YR) b/c they hav nt yet acquired the land so 4, n no chances f start f development ofcourse may b evn in next 1 yr or more.
