Questions Regarding I-11

Is this sector fully developed? Water, electricity, gas? Is it possible to buy a plot and start building home immediately? If not how long it will take to start construction of home? Any other pros and cons?

Not fully developed.

Location is very good.

U can start construction immediately on 99% clear Plots in

I-11/2 & 10% clear Plots in I-11/1.

In I-11 15 Houses are under construction/complete.

Electricity is arranged by allottees at their own in I-11/1. People are using water boring.

All services are available in I-11/3 & I-11/4 and these can easily be provided to I-11/1 & I-11/2

230 Plots of I-11/1 are under Kachi Basti opposite Metro.

CDA board approved relocation of these plots in I-11/2 but majority of allottees are not willing for relocation in I-11/2.

For living 3060 and 3070 size Plots I-11/2, near Timber market Service road North and Nescom Hospital are good.

Map is accurate and this area is best due to fewer small size plots and location. I-11 map is in 3 parts. 1 u posted having 3060 & 3070 Plots
