Hi,

I want to build home in Zone V. Currently I have limited budget to buy plot around 5.5 to 6 million. I have below requirement for my dream home.

1. Plot size at least 10 Marla
2. Gated & silent community
3. Wider streets
4. Need all basic maintenance from housing society.

I am overseas Pakistani & will be appreciated if someone guide me well.

Both locations are good for investment but not for immediate living.

I have no immediate plan to build but at least wana grab plot :frowning:

Try living in river garden now, most of it is under water! Avoid river garden, its good development but location is bad next to river.

How about Naval? Is it worthy to buy 40*80 plot in 5 Million over there?

Why dont you grab a 10 marla at dha 2 by increasing your budge a bit??

Sir near around 7 million…dha ph2 A to j blocks.Its the best option.

In my opinion for your case anchorage is good option

Rest mostly dealer are there in this forum and they will have their own interest also in their advices

FOR 1 Kanal in Naval dealers are asking around 7 Million in F block.Do you this its really worth it?

Naval is good hence why its expensive. Average for just 5 marla plot is around 25lac. Good development standards I like them especially I prefer this Naval behind DHA and Bahria.

Best to invest in and live in zone v:

  1. DHA / Bahria (Untouchable with prices)

  2. Naval Anchorage

  3. CBR Town (phase 1)

  4. River Garden (last due to location near river)

You are best of visiting yourself and make decision.

You can measure from google earth or by turning the speedo on of your car while going physically there
