I would like to seek expert's view on River View Commercial of Bahria Town Ph 7 Rwp/Isbd. The plot prices are really reasonable considering the surrounding Commercial areas.
Actually, I'm thinking of acquiring a plot of 30*40 ft (around 5 marlas) with possession near the Exprssway coming for around PKR 4 million.
Any advice members can offer on this?

Seems like a fairly reasonable price, however this area seems to be sandwiched between two big commercial areas of Walliat Complex and Bahria Square. Last time I was there which is about a year ago there did not seem too much activity in river view compared to the other two. In the long run prices should increase but you may need to hold it for a few years, rest Allah knows best.
Any other member would like to shared his/her valued opinion?
