And secondly size doesn't matter - don't need a big house - requirements are 2 bedroom only. Is there any sector / phase witch are more expensive/ porch / popular area then other inside Bahria.

10 marla price between 18 to 25 million depend on sectors and location.
7 marla in safari valley 11 to 15 million depend on block and location.
Better way to visit yourself and decide.

Bahria Enlave Islamabad (Not Rawalpindi) is best option with less price as of sectors of Islamabad and better life standard plus good community
Bahria, DHA and Askari Towers in DHA 2 are most safest option in Rwp Islamabad.
