Dears,

What are best options for short term investment in islamabad? I am looking for b-17, phase e,f,g are fine for short term gains?

And what about gulberg residencia? Seems for gulberg need to wait for next 5 years but its better living opportunity.

Please guide

        In terms of both options listed above, Gullberg Residencia will prove better in coming years. B-17 is equally good in terms of infrastructure development but rates are already at its peak. If you get something on better price in near to possession and developed areas in Gulberg, it will generate good ROI in future.
