I have plot in dha town 9 five marla. Please kindly guide me should i keep this plot or sell it and buy 10 marla plot in prism phase 9.
After possession how much increase its expecting for dha town 9.
Possession is announced today & now lets see how much price rise in next 2-3 months. Yes, it would be a good move to sell 5-Marla plot in DHA Town & buy 10-Marla plot in prism for investment purpose.

Very difficult to pick one amongst Sui Gas Phase-2 One Kanal & Prism 10-Marla. Both are good for mid term investment
Nope prism is best , i think u should sell because town prices already good a bit pinch will u get but same time it will become difficult to get good plot in prism in now a days price , sui gas etc very long term , remain in dha just shift to 10 m prism from 5 marla , and keep a dha city file from rest money or in bank to pay development charges in prism , prism will gain a lot and have much more room and fruit .
Do not wait for dha town more than few weeks to gain , its near to its limit , if prism starts moving its pace will be faster than town
Dear SSA, Thank you so much for your advise. I really appreciate it. I was hoping to wait and see if price hike to around 60 Lack for 5 Marla in town and then sell it but it seems difficult specially in B block. One trusted dealer informed me that 5 marla Town price will go up one Lack per month now till it reach 65 lack in one and half years. Not sure if its true prediction or just bull Crap.
Dha phase 9 prism will become center of whole dha in future.Because on one side it has direct link with phase 5 via underpass.On second of phase 9 prism has link with phase 6 E block through bedian road.On other side of 9 prism dha phase 10 lies.It will become the most modern and expensive phase of dha.No other phase of dha will be compatible to dha phase 9 prism.Its.golden investment.Its prices will be more than dha phase 5 in future.
