I booked shop in partnership paid about 90% amount up to now but not decided either sale or do own business, please advise whether zakat due or not.
Similarly booked one office last year and paid some amount as signing amount last year.
Booked 2 plots for wife and daughter in law as well as one house for daughter paid about 95 % therefore please inform is zakat due on above property if so than how to claculate ?
I would suggest to plz consult some Mufti on this matter by sharing all details of yours. He will be in a better position to guide you in this respect. Jazak Allah Khair.

My close relative is a Mufti level laureate and He says that the plot bought for business is a Zakaat item at 2.5% of the market value.
You can confirm from other scholors as well.
