Hello senior members!

Can anyone provide a professional opinion on the future of University Town? Price appears to be very reasonable though, is this a legitimate society? What are their development standards and room for future growth?

D-18, current price of a 60x90 plot and also the future prospects?

    Dear Sohail,

    University town is on motorway facing they don't have right now access from Kashmir highway. Development work is okay there according to prices. They developed there main double road. It will take time to be populated minimum 3 years so its a long term investment and will take time.

    D-18 60 x 90 prices are from 16 to 23-24 lac depends on location and block. In my personal opinion after 2 years d -18 will be a very good sector as near to Margalla Avenue in between of 2 sectors (d-17 and AWT) land clear facilities available (water gas electricity).

      How is AWT sector to buy plot or for living. Awt don't have access to motorway and GT Road as it is along motorway.Is there any chances to get access to motorway or cross motorway.

        Dear Arshad,

        AWT is a cheap sector and almost fully developed. Major issue is there access. General manager of MPCHS Ch Abdul Majeed said that they got an approval of interchange motorway interchange which will directly facilitate MPCHS, AWT and ECHS.

        However one thing that AWT will take time to be populated.
