I want to buy a house in the range of 5 to 6 millions.
My preference is islamabad area.
So i need to know if i can get a 5 or 7 marla ready house in this range and in which society. Like bahria town or any other good place for living.
Also if there is any option of buying a house on installments in this range.

Try soan garden… You can get a 6 marla in that range or even 10 marla single storey
Soan Graden is good other than H block. Open electrification is major disadvantage.
Consider Purchase of 30*60 Plot or house in CBR Town. CDA NOC, Under Ground Electrification. CBR Town is connected with NPF , PWD and Pakistan Town. F.G Model School and Police Station established. A Hospital is under construction there.
Also consider 30*60 DHA Home in DHA Valley. 3 bed Kitchen Drawing Lounge servant.

G-13, Islamabad, but you have to increase your range upto 1 million more.
If you can get a house in g13 thats a very good option…but i was under the impression that the houses are over 9million even 5 marlas…
