You can not expect return on investment in short period (2-3 years), consider at least 5-8 years.
Buying and selling in these projects is extremely safe. All you need is someone who can guide you proprly. For that, it is better to come down yourself, visit places and talk to 2-3 property dealers sitting in these projects. I would not recommend remote buying.
