I am going to buy new home inshaAllah this year for personal living but beside home i want to look for other things too like how far is market, kids schools etc. How are the people around etc.

In general, things to consider before bying any home/plot. Some of the vital factors. Not all may be overlapping but good as many of them could possible overlap, Importantly what the Budget allows.
- Availability and Convenience of Utilities (Water, Electricity in Summer and Gas in Winter)
- Location & Access with commute time.
- Civic Ameneties (Parks, Markets, Schools)
- Security
- Price and it's justification
- Anticipated Value Appreciation over the years.
- Liquidity, if and when needed to sell.
- Possible rental value
- Land Quality (Depression, Filling, Near Naalaah, High Tension Wires)
- Surrounding and Neighbourhood

You can look for a lot of things, but the basic consideration is travelling time to work, approach to the society, proximity to schools and proximity to relatives.

On a lighter note, decreased magnitude of proximity, for
- first, should be a blessing
- second, should be pure bad luck.... :)
I will rephrase it then, in the catchment area of good schools of choice, within easy travelling distance to relatives or friends that you choose to socialise with on a regular basis.

First of all you didn't mention the area where you looking house.May Allah fulfill all your dreams,aspirations and May Allah respond your duas.
1:In my view most important is security where your family can walk,your kids can play,where you can sleep easy and your car park outside of house,where very less crime rate,where no drug mafia at street corners.
2:Basic utilities electricity Water,Gas internet,maintenance service and garbage collection act.
3:Markets and Banks
4:School and Hospital
5:PlayGrounds where your kids can play not like Gali Malha where kids always complain Flan aunty khailna nie dati ya ball Nali ma gum ghai ha act.
6:Restaurants,tandoor where you eat 80 to 500,one cup of tea or coffee 10 to 100 depend on your budget.
7:Parks,zoo and walking track act
At last don't use Google or personal drone visit yourself then decide.
