I commute to blue area daily for work. What is the best option to buy plot in 5 million. I feel G-15 suits me the most but I need your advice.

I think Bahria Enclave will suit you more if you can wait for around one to two years. If you want immediate construction, then G-15 and D-17 could be your good options at the moment.

@ AH, Mr. Khan has rightly said that BE is a good option if you are working in Blue Area and can wait for 2 years. I am also looking for option of BE but property dealers have confused me a lot regarding prices.

Faisal bhai nothing to get confused, their are actually different booking prices for different plots and without any doubt BE is the best option available rite now. It will be another bahria town, this time within Islamabad, just like Bahria Phase 8, with state of the art facilities, so, consider this, G-15 is a good option but can never compete Bahria Town, also consider G-13, forget D17.
Bahria Enclave is the most safest place for living.

Dear AH if u need immediate construction and to shift there then better option is g 15 as bahria enclave will take some time but if u cant for 2-3 years then enclave is better then g 15 development wise. If u can afford living in family apartments visit g 15 a category flats covered area is same like 40 x 80 house ground florr, 2400 sq feet 3 master beds kitchen lounge servant quarter etc range is around 5.5 to 6 million where u can immediately shift.
Brother try some society near islamabad express highway they are near to blue area.sawn garden,gori town are good effective and good for living altough there is some negative publicity about gori town but is location wise superior.Also check for 5 marla plot in Margalla town.
