There is healthy debate in this forum about where to buy or live. If some one want to buy plot for residence purpose than available good options are G-13, G-15, Bahria, O-9, DHA-II.If some one wants a 10 marla home it will cost him in above sectors as below price. G-13=14 Million G-15=10 Million ( I think there are no plot of 10 marlas in G-15 but just for comparison) Bahria (Ph 1-6) = 9-10 Million O-9= 8-9 Million DHA= 9-10 Million Now if some one works in Blue Area the distance is about 20 km from G-13 and G-15(G-15 is about 5-6 kilometer away from G-13. From Bahria I think the distance is about 25-30 km and from DHA it is about 30 KM. so only 5 km extra travel on one side or 10 km extra per day means average 1500 rupees extra per month on fuel one can save 4 million initial investments. In addition there is no school in G-13, G-14, and G-15. No quality market. No gated community. So I recommend Bahria Town, O-9 or DHA-II for living.
