Do i invest in 1 plot or it is better to buy 2 small plots in this budget
You can buy two plots (50x90) in Foreign office society next to I-16. After possession rates will be equal to I-16 easily.
Yes, Foreign Office Society (FOECHS) seems quite promising. For investment point of view, the smaller plots ideally 5 Marla (25x50) are ideal. They sell quick due to higher demand and have more profit ratio. Also, due to new tax rules and their implication on property, non-filer can’t purchase more than 4 million worth of plot, the smaller one will be in more demand.
Sorry I take my suggestion back. Don’t buy anything at this point as market is collapsing. If you have money, go purchase US dollars or GB Pounds.

Yes I will go for a possession able plot but so far I have taken into consideration these sectors/societies:
AWT & ECHS D-18 10 marla
DHA phase 5 5 or 8 marla
Bahria phase 8 5 or 8 marla

After Bahria there is a good chance DHA will also feel the heat from supreme court. No good news for property market.
