Which askari society is best for living in rawalpindi, in terms of accessibility, security, recreational approach and cost effectiveness.
I have askari 7, 13 and 9 in my mind.
Appreciate experts’ advice on cost of 10-12 marla 3-4 bedroom sd house in recommended askari.
The Askari near Afshan colony on range road is one of the best in GT road access, sadar, military hospital, mall road, school and colleges in Rawalpindi.
Secured and safe, nice Masjid inside, just minutes to GT road. A small marker also exists inside and outside. A pharmacy is also outside.

Let me reiterate that security here is second to none. Visitor has to pass through strict checkup.
Abdu Qayyum sb I endorse your recommendation because I live nearby in Afshan Colony.

What about security in DHA homes Lilly block?
Still boundary wall is not fully done in DHA valley, few 100s people are living inside homes. Good thing is that there will be boundary wall. Some sections wall has been constructed already.
Bahria town Phase8 no boundary wall in design but DHA valley does. Presently security people are there
So far no news of any security issue heard.
Askari Villas near Amaar Chowk, Chaklala Scheme 3 looks like a perfect place…

How about Askari-14 which is biggest in size in Rawalpindi Askaris and have good sized market inside the society and prices are reasonable than other Askari societies.
Askari near jinnah park… Which is onfront of jhanda is also a good choice…
Askari-14 is better in terms of cost.
But if it gets direct access from GT road side, it will become perfect
Still not sure either to prefer Askari society over Bahria-8 or not; due to the security matters.
BTW, Askari's 10-12Marla SD houses are way too expensive than building 1 Kanal house in Bahria Town Ph 8 Rawalpindi.
Considering any Askari other than Askari-14 is better since these are within the city and wouldn't cost you extra time during peak rush hours to reach Islamabad for example.
Bahria-8 is too much inside to travel out; OR consider something outside in Zone-5 Islamabad such as Pakistan Town, Korang Town etc, whichever is cost effective. Experts can suggest better
