If i am visiting islamabad for a very short time, and only have time to visit one or two blocks of b-17, which one or two blocks should i visit? Goal is to purchase and hold a plot for 5 years ( no intention of living in b-17 ). Experts please advise.

If you like to invest in B-17 for good return in five years then E block is best option which is fully developed with possession and reasonable price.
B block Ext is also good option for five years.
Don't invest in D block because it's black spot on Multi face.
