Hi property gurus,
I've budget of around 1 crore to purchase 10 marla plot. There are 2 options i have in mind.
1. Dha phase 7.
2. Lake city.
Which option is best from property price appreciation point of view in near future. Please note i've to start construction immediately.
Please share your expert opinion.
If plot is at good location, then phase-7 to be picked up as it is closer to GT road , which is to some people makes a lot of difference.
Lake City has a dedicated interchnage at Ring Road whereas Dha Phase 7 is bit far from Ring Road.
Development of both is comparable.
You shoud analyze which area suits you more for living, if Thokar, Raiwind side: go for Lake City and if airport side: go for Dha Phase 7.
