If the covered area of basement is 1800 sq.ft then the grey structure rate of basement will be Rs.1800/sq.ft,
Basement : 1800 x 1800 = Rs.3240000/-
And the covered area of Ground floor is 1800 sq.ft, then the grey structure rate for Ground floor will be Rs.1200/sq.ft,
Ground Floor : 1800 x 1200 = Rs.2160000/-
