I want a simple basement to be used as quran teaching and ground and 1st floor for living..
I want to have all material from s-abdullah and floor with wood ..
What should be the cost ? Basement +gf+ff ?
Basement depends on area starts from Rs.2000/sq ft to 2500/sq ft
GF/FF Rs.1350/sq ft to Rs.1150/sq ft depends on design and actual
site conditons.
