I am constructing a commercial building having 35 front and 55 depth means total area 1925 sqft.
Floors i am gonna construct are basement,ground floor and first floor.
Can you guys please tell me how much its gonna cost per floor.
I live in a small city ,so cheap rates
Contractor rate is 135 per sqft
Brick rate is 4500 for 1000 bricks
Cement 490

Frame structure never effect by the bricks but it need basic cement,sand,crush and steel.
Frame structure cost will be around Rs.1500 to 1700/sq ft depends on the actual side
conditions.

Yes it is only grey structure cost.

It can be around Rs.550/sq ft for the slab if your all walls are complete Rest plaster will be
sepately calculated.
