Please note for grey structure we always use tested and A+ quality material . So there is no question of A1 quality in that.
For finish, however, a number of factors come into play plus it depends on your budget . We will advise you on how you can manoeuvre your budget to get optimum results . I myself know some original importers of materials near bahria town - like in case of imported tiles - which you can select for best quality at average rates .
