I am planning to construct a double story house on 14 marlas (40*80) in g-15 islamabad and would like to know how much i can get the architectural/structural drawings and 3d map for? Please also mention which other drawings i need for the construction?

OP for 40*80 size usualy you can get the mentioned drawings made and get it approved for anything between 1 to 2lac depending on which architects you speak to.
You could also choose to opt for more costly firms that could quote anything between 2 to 5lacs, but generaly speaking those services are usualy hired for larger sized plots that could involve more extensive work.
