I need a quote for construction of a mini commercial plaza with following details:

Size: 15x35 plot size

Area: rawalpindi, bahria

Total floors: basement, ground, 1st and 2nd

Kindly give a realistic quote so that i could make the decision for a contract.

I would like to know"

(1) cost of labour for the whole project. I'll provide my own material

Or

(2) cost with material with simple design but no compromise on the quality of cement, steel and bricks or blocks.

(3) how long it can take to complete the project

The cost of Labour will be around 450 sft.

The Grey structure cost of Basement will be 1600 sft.

The Grey Structure cost of Ground , 1st and 2nd floor will be around 1450 sft.

It will take 8 Months to complete the project.

excluding front elevation finishing job because i dont know either do you want glass or something else on your front so front elevation rate will be decided later.

Rs.2000/sft complete finishing including grey structure and finishing

No compromise on the quality of cement, steel bricks blocks etc

Using First class bricks or blocks

using standard ratio of sand and cement as per PEC requirements.
