Is this compulsory to get the plan from an architecture? Can I make plan map and submit the same for approval? As I am out of country and I can get only 01 month annual leave, I want to build a house in Pakistan what to do? What is the best way for construction, please don’t mind can you share your experience with me and guide may I know the rough expenditure for my house (35'×65') 10 Marla 06 beds+06 baths+ 02kitchen + 02 store etc.

For approvals you have to get submission drawings from any Architect or draftsman who do and know.
If you are abroad you should do get the services of good Architect who can supervised and construct your house on turnkey basis.
