Near gulshan mamar , what is law of cooperative socity used for “dues” . Which is proper channel to confirm remain dues. Because some society charged extra amount .

What rights an allot-tee have in a co-operative housing society like MPCHS?when a co-operative housing society can cancel allotment of an allot-tee?And if an allotment letter is issued with(0.2% penalty per month in case of late dues submission) terms & conditions written on it and plot price is revised?

Actually extra dues always need a legal cause.
Moustaly alloty never pay the dues on time so
they charge us we feel it over-charg.
