Rental case - tenant problem

Assalam-o-alaikum,
Aap sab say property related case mein help chahey thi.

Hum nay aik sindhi family ko rent pay apartment diya tha. Last year (2016) k end mein hamey pta chala k woh utility bills pay nahi kar rahay. Rent bhi kum dettay hain. Hum nay unhey vacate karnay ko bolla aur vacation notice bhi diya pur koi faida nahi.

Woh hamesha lame excuses detta hay k kisi achi jagah ghar nahi mil raha, rent bohat zayada hain, bacha beemar hay etc etc. Apartment jao tou uss ki wife bolti hay k ghar pur nahi hay.

Hum national bank of pakistan gaye jahan woh employee hay aur uss k employer say baat ki. Office jaa k employer k samnay uss say baat ho sakki. Employer nay hamey time period diya k iss mein ghar vacate ho jaye ga pur nahi huwa. Ulta woh keh raha hay k hum pay (owner) pay case karey ga aur boal raha hay k property bhool jao, ub na ana apni property pur.

7 say 8 months guzar janay k bawajood hamara ghar vacate nahi huwa, hum apnay ghar mein nahi ghuss saktay, utility bills outstanding hay aur rent bhi nahi mil raha.

Hum nay aik application dg rangers ko bhi di aur apna vioce message bhi record karwaya.


Iss situation mein hamaray liye behtar rasta kiya ho ga? Meharbani kar k iss maslay mein hamari help karein.

Ask the electric and gas meters to be disconnected. Than proceed to next step.

I did same with my tenant, i pushed Gas company to remove meter. Gave him a legal notice. In case you signed a formal tenancy agreement the maximum court hearing takes 6 months.
