In 2004/2005 many private societies were given nocs by gwadar development authority (gda). However, these societies such as gwadar creek arena or gda housing scheme-5 etc. Failed to full their promises in term of development or return on investment. Many allottees are opted to not fully pay off their plots because these societies did not keep up with their promises and there is risk of these societies going out of business completely. Most of these societies have their nocs expired or cancelled. Due to recent buzz in gwadar, now these societies forcing their such allottees, to pay penalties or loss their plots. I condemn this threatening behaviour of these gwadar private societies and like to gather people to take legal actions against these societies to safeguard our investment.
There must be government involvement in such cases. Since GOVT issue NOC and public started buying and if GOVT cancel NOC where investor will go? who will get back investor money which he invest after seeing the NOC issued by Govt?
