You know how housing societies these days advertise their location is far away from the city’s chaos but there won’t be trouble commuting due to access roads, along with so many facilities provided within the locality. Most of the time, these “convenience” claims are false. I think there should be regulations to limit how different housing projects market themselves. There should always be some truth to what they actually offer.
