I am interested to build a house in bahria town lahore, now i came to know and this thing bothers me that you cant change the front elevation, is this true and why is this, any logical reason behind? Is there any sector in bahria lahore where you can design elevation you want and not to stick with the same style?

Bahria have a big variety of elevations that you can choose from. I don’t think there will be a problem in finding an elevation that you like

The logical reason is that Bahria is very particular about the ambiance and overall outlook of the society, therefore they have strict rules for front elevation. This is not unusual, coze in Lahore, DHA, Wapda town and other good societies that I know implement similar by-laws such as plinth level, ramp style and length, front garden, etc.

In Bahria Enclave Islamabad, for instance, they have imposed even more stricter rules for 10 marla front elevation. All houses in one street will follow the same design. Can you believe it?
