That will be really useful to improve the value of this area. There are already big projects in Islamabad which are pending due to some governmental reasons. It is good to know if this project starts. Thanks for sharing this useful news.
I think it will be very high priced because of its location.
Also It could be tactical move from Bahria to raise price of enclave and phase 8
Whenever any scheme starts, prices become attractive that`s why we cannot say this HT_1. May be it will be high but start is always a welcome sign to target more and more customers.
