Yesterday JKCHS auctioned there few commercial plots. Bids were very high more then expectations.
In Sector G-15/1 in a mini market a commercial plot size 166 square yards got a bid of rs 36000 per square yard.
In G-15 main markaz 400 sq yards commercial plot got a bid of 132000 per sq yard total price more then 5 crore and surprising point is that JKCHS rejected that bid as they said its below then there reserve price.
