The construction of apartments/multistory building business is very hot in rawalpindi and islamabad these days. One of my friend says that you just need to own a piece of land in a reputable housing society with multistory building approved these are available in almost every housing society especially in zone-5. Further construction can be done by selling commercial/residential units with the help on any marketing company. What experts advice in this regard.
