Faisal town launched by the GM of MPCHS Ch Majeed. Its not a project of multi but owned by GM of Multi (key person of MPCHS)
I am surprised that in 2 days they got full booking location is good connected to Tarnol interchange before PECHS and PAF Tarnol next to f 16 1. 30 x 60 plot price is 18 lac on installments and 15 lac on cash including cost of land development charges etc

    I see 2 to 3 lacs increase in prices of both options but it might be more.

      Through the informations from the sources like zameen.com and olx, i am observing an irrational hike in the property rates of some of the areas especially mpchs or Faisal town and behria.
      Do you think, its an artificial game or there are some genuine reasons behind this?
      like, in case of mpchs, margalla road project is still pending and the development work is going at a very very slow pace, but the prices are increasing. Surprising for me, if you people can please highlight some of the reasons.

        property rates for MPCHS / Faisal town and BT are increasing, yes as both the groups are strong and holds credibility for delivering.

        Margalla road project is pending will not effect much as the natural flow of ISB is towards Zone-2 and widening of KH is in progress which will be the alternative of Margalla road which in future if it is completed successfully will add some more flavor to Zone-2.

        Rest for BT projects their market base is more overseas pakistani and their marketing strategy plus regional offices around attract more costumers.

        So both are good depending on ur budget.

                Its around 660 profit. But you may be lucky if you get some thing in 600 to 625
