What is the future of i 14??
I-14 is a proper cda sector currently market of i-14 is average market not very fast but the imp point is that its a cda sector and low grade govt officers and midowkers are very interested in that sector bcz currently i 14 and i 16 are most cheap cda sectors. 80 percent electrical work is done there. Water and gas are pending there. So its a slow investment but after 2 or 3 years maybe it will improve and more then 100 houses will be there. Rest allah knows better
Beside’s this sector whats your opinion about any other cda sector which can be good investment???
Dear anas it depends on ur range if u can afford central islamabad sectors then there is no better option
