Since the admin is not unlocking the "More Investment in B17" thread, I am starting this thread for discussing the project. It is a request to everyone to be objective and have a healthy discussion instead of talking nonsense and useless things.

Some strong anti Multi lobby has taken over the admin of this site by the looks of it, this is very unfortunate that Multi threads are locked. This is a good site and will be very sad if highjacked by people with vested interests.

I think many societies in Zone-2 (B-17 in particular) will see a boost with the progress of Margallah avenue Project. Not sure if any thing else can trigger a price boost in near future. Some people say Airport completion might be trigger as people working their might prefer to live in close societies. Others say CDA's launching of new C sectors might take the prices to new level.
Seems too much is in the Air, It probably will take time for the dust to settle.

When Multi is giving possession in E and D block of B-17 plus farm houses possession in Orchards, it was promised this month ?

Can anyone share the current 50x90 plot rates in A, B, C and E blocks of B-17?

Sohail bhaijaan rates of 50x90 range from 4.5 million to 9 million depending on block and location. You can get good deals these days as prices are stable after minor correction late last year and early this year.
C block is best for investment as prices are very reasonable and it is located in central position sandwiched between A and B one side and D,E and F on the other side.

B 17 Dblock still has land acquisation issues so no confirm news about its possession as alot of development work to be done in that block E block possession they will give at the end of this year and Orchards Residencia in there last Agm they announced giving possesion in A, B and C blocks on 20th august in Multi Orchards & Residencia and can get delayed till september or October if heavy rainy season prevails as development work in final stages suffer there alot with rains lets c if it happens will give some boost to prices in multi residencia & orchards if they give posession else market is slow nasir
I see coming AGM very hard nut to crack for MPCHS management and allottees will bombard issues.
Can any one share C block prices for 10 and 8 M. Also advise when is possession due in C block.
