Paris Rose apartments are being constructed by Aryan and Sadaat Builders. Location is opposite NUST Gate 3 in sector H-13. Price is approx. 34 lac. For 1 bed apartment. Possession is expected after 1.5 years. Can experts throw some light on pros and cons of this investment?
H-13 is not a developed sector of CDA. I heard that it has been dedicated for educational institutions and CDA has issued a warning regarding sales and purchase in this sector. Is it true? Will it be illegal to buy a piece of land in H-13.
You should meet with any property agent to know in detail. This is also a good place as reputed investors and buyers visit zameen.com and share their views regarding property investment. According to me, if it has been constructed then there will be no issue in it by CDA but you have to confirm from any real estate agent. If you need construction then I can better help you out as we are working for several years in this field.

Sohail, nver heard of this apartment scheme, must be new. From a very scanty look of the sector on ground, I have seen some well developed houses near NUST main gate and a very dense housing near golra more. Everyday new but unregulated schemes pop up. I would advise you to check the credibility and legality of this scheme before throwing your money.
