The Capital Smart City has announced the deadline for booking plots – both commercial and residential ones in the Overseas-2 Block, along with 3.5-marla residential plots in Harmony Park.
Those interested can book the above-mentioned plots in Capital Smart City by July 22. Once the booking process is closed, the developer will also announce the ballot date to allocate plot numbers pertaining to these units.
In April, the developer had announced concessions for buyers in Capital Smart City due to the coronavirus situation in the country. Under these concessions, buyers will now have 3.5-year instalment plan instead of 3-year one, enjoy increased discounts if they pay full and half payments in advance, and have permission to pick location of plots/villas on the society map.
