If you are talking about phase 9 (proper), it is good for long-term investment.
DHA has not yet unveiled any date for balloting.

At the moment, 5-marla files cost anywhere between 1,860,000 to 1,875,000 depending on whether it is an allocation file or an affidavit file. It's a good investment.
Although, as Zain has rightly pointed out, DHA has not announced a date for balloting as of yet, a rough estimate would be early next year. It's a good investment.
I have heard that balloting will be done in this year so exact month or date is still unknown. Investment in DHA Phase 9 Lahore files will be profitable.
