Dear concern
I am retiring from print media , pls advice best possible opportunity , i have one plot of 300 sq yard in dck dha city karachi .
My question is that i need monthly income should i sale the plot & buy apartment & get rent or i hold plot further more wait to increase the price .
my question How long should i hold it for better price or this price is ok presently is 1 core or wait for cpec development till i die ?
My colleague advised me start trading of plot file as full time job .
